1.  The promoter is: Experiencing Food Pty Ltd (ABN no. 32 608 943 362) whose registered office is at 308 Majura Road, Majura ACT 2607.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of www.experiencingfood.com.au and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://web.facebook.com/Experiencingfood/ and  https://www.instagram.com/xperiencingfood 
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. The competition will commence on 1 June 2017 at 7am and the closing date for entry will be 13 July 2017 11.59pm EST.  After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not the entrant wins any prize in the competition.
10. Experiencing Food Pty Ltd reserve the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Like Experiencing Food on Facebook (https://web.facebook.com/Experiencingfood/) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/xperiencingfood) (or both), Follow Experiencing Food on Facebook or Instagram (or both), Share with at least 3 friends to be eligible for the competition.  A valid entry must satisfy all of the requirements of the competition.
12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

15.  3 $100 Experiencing Food vouchers to be used on www.experiencingfood.com.au towards the experiencing of the winners choice.  The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
16. Experiencing Food Pty Ltd will judge the competition and decide on the winner of each draw (16th June 2017, 30th June 2017 and 14th July 2017), which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Facebook and Instagram, the draw will occur at 10am EST on each of these days.
17. Experiencing Food Pty Ltd's decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
18. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
19. The promoter will notify the winner by DM when and how the prize can be collected, once these details have been arranged with the winner, the winner's name will be announced on the same social media platforms as the competition was held.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
23. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The winner agrees to document, either in writing or in video, which experience they used their winning voucher on for the promotion of www.experiencingfood.com.au  .  Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

25. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
