Vegetarian Indian Thali

Indian thali is banquet food—a combination of colours, textures and flavours served on an attractive thali plate.

For your vegetarian thali banquet you will make dhal, Bhindi baji (okra dry curry), chickpea and spinach masala, raita, lemon rice and your own naan breads from scratch.

Foodish is Canberra's Cooking School located at the Belconnen Fresh Food Markets. We provide opportunities to develop creative cooking skills in a fun and stimulating group environment.
