We had been dreaming of owning our own piece of land, growing fresh produce, having some chooks and other animals and running a small B&B or similar tourism business. When we came across The Truffledore on Cradle Country Farm we fell in love with this little piece of paradise straight away. Getting the hang of the truffle growing business has been an adventure and a steep learning curve. But we love being able to combine our passion for great food and simple farm living in a true farm-to-table experience… with that little bit of truffley decadence thrown in!
