Prepare a delicious Italian lunch that includes antipasti, filled pasta (ravioli or tortellini), and a delicious dessert, then enjoy the fruits of your labour in our gorgeous country setting. Using the best local ingredients, we let the flavours speak for themselves ..... recipes will vary according to seasonal availability.
Based at WILDWOOD Estate in picturesque Kangaroo Valley just thirty minutes from Berry, Bowral and Nowra, one hour from Wollongong, and two hours from Sydney or Canberra - it really is worth the drive! Our business grew out of our passion for great food and a love of the local area. Having an Italian heritage, where life revolves around food, and a background in Hospitality teaching, it was only a matter of time before the two became one. And so...in 2010, Flavours of the Valley was established.
Flavours of the Valley cooking classes focus on simple flavour filled dishes with a hint of the Mediterranean. We source ingredients from our own property, local farmers and regional artisans to ensure we use the best tasting, organically grown fresh produce.
Residents of Kangaroo Valley for over 15 years, we also aim to showcase the unique produce this area has to offer, in our Foodies Trail. Indulge your culinary senses and tantalise your tastebuds during a gourmet experience where you can delight in the pleasures of sampling food and wine that is grown and produced within this small farming community.
