Climb into waterproof waders and hear from Ben, the Oyster Farmer himself, who will be your tour guide for the day. He will lead you into the water, pour you a glass of wine, and tell you a few stories about Oysters, and Coffin Bay.

Wading out through the beautiful waters of the picturesque Coffin Bay, you’ll climb aboard our semi-submerged ‘Salt Water Pavilion’ which is situated right in a working commercial Oyster Farm. You’ll get to see how oysters grow, see baby oysters, learn how to shuck your very own oysters, and best of all get to taste them fresh out of the water, a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Our new Oyster HQ has the best waterfront view in Coffin Bay, right on the waters edge! Enjoy our famous and fabulously fresh Coffin Bay Oysters on the deck overlooking our beautiful pristine bay, with a bottle of bubbly.
