Sensei Kyoko will lead this class where you can make your own sushi! Loved by people worldwide, sushi is the first thing to come to mind when it comes to Japanese food.

Simply put, sushi is a combination of carefully prepared rice and fillings. In group sushi classes, you will learn every step - from washing the rice, cooking rice, and mixing with vinegar, to filling preparation and finally rolling the sushi, you will be carefully guided. In the process of making sushi, you will also be provided with helpful and easy tips for you to use in sushi making at home. 

Using ingredients such as teriyaki chicken, sweetened egg omelet, prawns, tuna, avocado, cucumber, and Japanese pickled radish, you will learn how to prepare them to make the perfect sushi rolls! 

You will also learn a thing or two about the history of sushi and bits of knowledge of Japanese cuisine. Not only knowledge, experience, and confidence in making sushi on your own, at the end of the class you'll have around 80 pieces of sushi to take home!
