The estate was started in 1991 by Col and Trish Walker. They planted the first acre of grapes in the land.
As the years go by, the estate also steadily increased in size. The youngest son, Michael now is overseeing the estate full time.
The wines are made from scratch.
The entire range of wines are made in the estate, from the crush, fermentation, maturation, filtration and fining. The winery adopts both modern and old world winemaking techniques and all wines are fermented naturally using wild yeasts. The estate also has it's own bottling facility.
