Beef and Shiraz

You will learn to make these masterpieces:
  • Beef carpaccio, 
  • Beef Bourguignon, 
  • Standing rib roast with a beetroot jus and cauliflower puree.
Set in the heart of Fyshwick, 3seeds cooking school is where the industrial meets the plate. We strip things back to the raw essentials, and teach you how to be creative with simple fresh ingredients.

Our hands on cooking classes cater to a variety of abilities. No matter what your level of expertise, you will be exposed to a plether of tips and tricks to make you a more confident cook.

The classes run Wednesday - Saturdays. Choose to do one class or as many as you like. Themes range from Spanish, Pastry or Fish on the BBQ. The majority of classes run for 3.5 hours. Every class includes the meal you created and complimentary wine. The only thing you need to bring is an apron and a sense of fun.

    Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required to secure your place. No refunds will be given.  With a min of 14 days notice a place in another class may be arranged subject to availability. This also applies to voucher holders. Under certain circumstances, a credit may given with less than 14 days notice, but a $50pp charge will be applied.
