Prime Scenic Rim produce and native Australian ingredients combine with traditional cuisines in an experience not to missed. This all takes place in our Lost World Valley kitchen with its World Heritage Listed View.

This menu features an unusual Poached Asian Beef, Caramel Pork, Leek wrapped Scallops and wintery Ginger Poached Pears and Coconut Cake. Taking Asian influences and merging them into hearty winter dishes.

What do you need to know?

- Class starts at 10am and finishes 1:30pm,  July 20th 2019.
-Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your check-in time will be subject to a $50 administration fee.  
-Cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to your check-in time will be subject to a 20% charge of the total cost of the booking.  
-There will be no refund for cancellations made 14 days or less from the start of your booking or event.  
-Transfers or changes to the dates of your booking can be made 15 days or more prior to the start of your booking.
-Payment in full is required at the time of your booking.
